Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

4 lbs pork tenderloin

2 medium yellow onions, sliced

3 serrano peppers, diced

6 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup water

NewBank’s Pueblo Pork Rub Salt-Free Seasoning

2 cups low-sodium bbq sauce

Steps:

Make a bed of onions, serranos, and garlic in bottom of crockpot and add water

Trim all visible fat off of the tenderloin and rub generously with NewBank’s Pueblo Pork Rub, add to crockpot

Cook on low for 6-8 hours

Remove pork and shred with two forks.  

Strain onions and peppers out of remaining liquid and return to the crockpot with the shredded pork.  

Add bbq sauce and cook for an additional 15-20 min on low.
