Havarti and Dill Pueblo Burgers
Ingredients:
1 TBSP Olive Oil
Turkey Burgers (You can use your favorite recipe or buy premade patties such as Jennie-O, ground beef patties also work)
NewBank’s Pueblo Pork Rub
Lowest Sodium Buns Available
Sliced Havarti
Red Onion
Dill
Directions:
Preheat cast iron pan on stove with olive oil
Rub one side of turkey burgers with NewBank’s Pueblo Pork Rub
Place turkey burgers in pan, rubbed side down, then add and rub NewBank’s Pueblo Pork Rub onto the other side
Cook burgers for 15-20 min, flipping 4 times
Ensure patties are cooked to 165°F then top with cheese and cover pan with lid until melted
Top with dill, red onion and any other toppings desired
